      The influencer’s followers rushed to buy the token, and within hours, the price skyrocketed. But as soon as it peaked, the influencers and early investors sold everything, crashing the price.

      Thousands of retail investors lost their money. It was a classic pump-and-dump scam, where insiders manipulate the market for their own profit.
