A troubling new report has reached us regarding another phishing scam targeting unsuspecting crypto users. This incident was reported to ScamCrypto.net on December 18, 2024, and highlights how scammers continue to exploit platforms and links to deceive and steal.
The victim fell prey to a phishing attack initiated by a seemingly legitimate link shared on X.com. After clicking the link, they were redirected to a fraudulent website designed to look trustworthy. Unfortunately, this led to the theft of 3,420 USDC from their wallet. The transactions involved the following blockchain addresses:
