I am writing this post to share my recent experience with a company called Redmade, which turned out to be a costly scam for me. I hope my story serves as a warning to others.

In early October, I came across an advertisement for Redmade. The ad claimed that by joining their platform and purchasing their packages, members would receive significant cash backs. Specifically, they promised an 800 KSH cash back, which seemed like a good deal.

Motivated by this offer, I decided to invest and bought two of their packages. The entire process seemed legitimate, with a professional-looking website and customer service. However, after making the payment, things started to go downhill.

It’s been weeks since my purchase, and I have not received any cash back as promised. All attempts to contact their customer service have been fruitless. Emails are unanswered, and their customer service line is perpetually busy or goes straight to voicemail.

I’m now realizing that I have been scammed out of $2,000.00. There were no cash backs, and the promises made by Redmade were completely false.

I have reported this incident to my bank and local authorities. I’m also in the process of filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies.
