Hello Community,
I’m reaching out for some assistance or advice regarding a series of orders I placed with BED BATH & BEYOND. Below is a summary of the communications I’ve had with them, but unfortunately, I’m still without a resolution.
June 14, 2023: I placed an order (#13173) with BED BATH & BEYOND. The order included several Shawnna Resin Folding Adirondack Chair Ottomans in various colors, with the total amounting to $40.95.
June 20, 2023: Sent an email inquiring about the delivery status of this order.
June 24, 2023: Followed up again for an update on the same order.
July 19, 2023: Placed another order and sought updates for both orders.
August 2, 2023: Requested updates yet again for the two orders.
September 25, 2023: I finally asked for either a status update or a refund for both orders.
Throughout this period, there’s been minimal communication from BED BATH & BEYOND, and I am left without any clear information on when or if my orders will be delivered. The lack of response and update on the situation is quite frustrating.
I’m hoping someone here might have some advice on how to proceed or if anyone else has experienced similar issues with this retailer. Any guidance on how to escalate this matter for a resolution or a refund would be greatly appreciated.
