A victim reported receiving a text message about a remote job role, which led to a WhatsApp conversation explaining the job, which involved product optimization and cryptocurrency transactions. Initially asked to deposit less than 200 CAD, the victim deposited nearly 5000 CAD, expecting to withdraw at least the deposited amount.
