Tony Robbins, a well-known figure, was reported to have endorsed Richard Tann and partnered with Success Resources UK Limited for this endeavor. Attendees of the seminar were encouraged to participate in a Blockchain panel, which was part of the scam to solicit investments in the SXL token.
Victims were persuaded to invest substantial amounts with promises of lucrative returns. In one reported case, an individual was convinced to invest $50,000 despite concerns over KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance. After the investment was made, the tokens were issued, but the company soon became unresponsive. The website links became inactive, and the physical address in London provided no trace of the company’s existence.
