The scam progresses from one supposed investment level to another (e.g., from VIP1 to VIP2), with each step requiring additional payments under various pretexts, ultimately leading to significant financial losses without any return.

The victim was lured into increasing their investment with the promise of high returns. After initial payouts, they were asked to upgrade their investment level to withdraw their funds, a classic sign of a scam.
