The Fake Customer Support Scam That Stole My Ethereum
I had an issue withdrawing funds from my exchange, so I Googled “Binance customer support phone number.” I clicked the first result and called the number listed.

The “support agent” told me that I needed to verify my identity by sending 1 ETH to a secure address, which would be returned after verification.

I followed the instructions, but the Ethereum was never returned. The number I had called was a scam, and I had just handed my crypto to a thief.
