Upon requesting a refund within the 14-day window per the site’s terms, the victim was assured the process had begun. However, after a series of delays and non-responses, they were ultimately locked out of their account on the website, which lacks real contact information. Additionally, efforts to leave a negative review on TrustPilot were thwarted as their review was removed multiple times.
