The Website Said “24/7 Support” — Until the Withdrawal Question

Something about this platform’s support history caught my attention.

Before depositing, the user tested the live chat several times.

Question about opening an account? Reply in 2 minutes.

Question about depositing USDT? Almost immediate.

Question about increasing the investment? An account manager called personally.

    The website proudly advertised:

    24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    Everything seemed excellent.

Then the user requested a withdrawal.

    Six hours passed.

    No reply.

The next morning, support finally responded:

“Your request has been forwarded to the finance department.”

    Okay.

Two days later, the withdrawal was still pending, so he contacted support again.

    No answer.

Interestingly, he then opened another chat using a different browser and asked:

“I’d like to deposit $5,000. Can someone help me?”

    A representative responded within minutes.

He immediately asked about his pending withdrawal.

    Silence again.

That difference would concern me more than simply having slow customer service.

A company can be busy. Technical problems happen. Withdrawals can legitimately require additional checks.

But why is communication extremely fast when someone wants to send money and extremely difficult when the same person wants to receive money?

Since reading cases like this, I’ve started thinking about customer support differently.

    Don’t only test:

    “Can I reach them?”

    Also consider:

“Can I reach them when I have a problem?”

Those are not necessarily the same thing.

    Fast pre-deposit support is nice.

For me, how a platform behaves after it already has your money tells a much more useful story.
