Almost Ignored the Missing Withdrawal Button

This was such a small detail that I nearly overlooked it.

I was checking a crypto platform that had been recommended in an online discussion. Before registering, I opened their demo dashboard to see how everything worked.

Deposit was easy to find.

Big button at the top.

There were also obvious options for buying crypto, upgrading the account, and adding more funds.

Then I tried to find Withdraw.

Nothing.

I checked the wallet section.

Nothing there either.

Eventually, I found withdrawal information buried inside the Help section. According to that page, users had to contact their account manager before requesting one.

That seemed unusual, so I contacted support.

Me: Can users withdraw directly from the dashboard?

Support: Your personal manager will assist with all withdrawals.

Me: Is there a withdrawal button after I deposit?

Support: Your manager will provide the appropriate procedure.

Still not really an answer.

What bothered me wasn’t simply the absence of a button. Different platforms can have different systems.

It was the imbalance.

Putting money in was completely self-service.

Taking money out apparently required another person’s involvement.

Before depositing anything, I’d want to understand exactly what that “procedure” involves.

Does the manager approve the withdrawal?

Can they reject it?

Are there limits or additional conditions?

How long should processing normally take?

If those details aren’t available until after you’ve deposited, that’s something I’d want clarified first.

The deposit page tells you how they accept your money.

The withdrawal process tells you something arguably more important—how you get it back.
