My godmother and I purchased Bitcoins worth $1,010.00 through Cash App. We transferred the funds to Octaindexmarket for the Bitcoin purchase. We were informed that the funds would be available on 7/20/23. Later, we were asked to pay an additional $3,450 to release the funds. We chose not to make any further payments. We disputed the charges with our bank and received a refund, but we still lost the $200 that we had spent on gift cards.
