Seeing more fake crypto support accounts lately

Not sure if others here have noticed this too, but I’ve been seeing more fake support accounts recently, especially under posts where people mention problems with exchanges or wallets.

A few days ago I saw someone asking about a delayed withdrawal on social media. Within minutes, several accounts replied claiming to be support staff. The profiles used similar names and logos to the real exchange, so at first glance they looked legitimate.

What stood out was how quickly they tried to move the conversation away from public comments. One account immediately asked the user to continue through a messaging app. Another shared a suspicious link that looked similar to the exchange website but used a slightly different domain.

I checked one of the profiles more closely and noticed it had been created recently and had almost no real activity outside replying to crypto related complaints.

    The pattern seems consistent:
    Find frustrated users.
    Respond quickly.
    Pretend to be support.
Move the conversation to private chat.
Ask for login details or wallet verification.

It probably works because people dealing with account problems are already stressed and looking for fast help.

Just posting this as a reminder to contact support only through official websites or verified channels. Fake support accounts are becoming much harder to recognize at first glance.
